# Enabling AI-assisted issue correlation for Mojo GitHub

Back in May I reported an issue involving a non-terminating compilation: [[BUG] Compilation with recursive Variant type and comptime thin-function dispatch table times out · Issue #6554 · modular/modular · GitHub](https://github.com/modular/modular/issues/6554#event-28681039369)

Today (end of July) I received a notice that the issue has been resolved, triggered by a similar issue in other code. A human contributor (npanchen) noticed the similarity and made the link - appreciated.

Similar to what is already implemented within the forum when creating issues: Has it been considered to automate such suggestions for possibly related issues using some kind of bot?
