> Thin wrapper over pixi to be used as a mojo build tool.

hat is a cargo-like wrapper around pixi, and is now updated for `precompile` / `.mojoc` changes.

Example:

```auto
# Create a new binary project
hat new --name mojo-grep
# Create a new lib project
hat new --lib --name amazing-lib
# Track the latest nightly compiler instead of stable Mojo 1.0.0
hat new --nightly --name nightly-project
# Build project (defaults to release build)
hat build
# Build with debug and asserts on
hat build --debug
# Test your project
hat test
```

Extramojo and mojopt have also been updated to 1.0, but those are a bit less exciting:

- extra mojo: [GitHub - ExtraMojo/ExtraMojo: A library of nice to have things not found in the current mojo stdlib · GitHub](https://github.com/ExtraMojo/ExtraMojo) / [extramojo – ExtraMojo](https://extramojo.github.io/ExtraMojo/extramojo/)
- [GitHub - sstadick/mojopt: Structopt inspired command line arg parser in Mojo · GitHub](https://github.com/sstadick/mojopt)

There is also a pixi PR for the `pixi-build-mojo` backend to use precompile/mojoc: [fix(pixi-build-mojo): use .mojoc with precompile by sstadick · Pull Request #6860 · prefix-dev/pixi · GitHub](https://github.com/prefix-dev/pixi/pull/6860) that will remove warnings when using hat.
