MAX changelog updates:

- Fixed a per-kernel-launch memory leak on macOS: the Metal driver now drains  
autoreleased Objective-C objects (command buffers, encoders) per call  
instead of accumulating them for the lifetime of the thread.

Mojo changelog updates:

- [mojo] default Movable Make all structs Movable by default. Most user structs should be Movable anyways (and likely already are). Power users who require non-Movable structs can explicitly opt-out.
