MAX changelog updates:

  • benchmark_serving.py script can now collect AMD GPU statistics.

  • KVCacheManager interface changes: The KVCacheManager interface has been
    combined with the single PagedKVCacheManager implementation. The prefetch
    API has been renamed to maybe_reserve.
