Turning off one warning, not all?

I don’t think this is currently possible with the Mojo compiler, but I’d like to be able to turn off just one warning, but keep all the others.

The warning relates to docstrings that end in a question mark, which for predicate style functions makes grammatical sense, e.g. “““Is xnon-zero?”””
