Hey everyone! We’re testing a new, lightweight way to keep content quality high in the forum.
Starting now, if you come across a post that feels low quality, potentially incorrect, or off-topic, react to it with 
. The goal is to give the community a simple way to surface posts that might need a second look, without creating friction or pile-ons.
A few things this is useful for
- Posts that share unverified information or seem technically off (or might be a result of AI hallucinations)
- Questions that seem to be a better fit for a different channel
- Low-effort posts that don’t add much to the conversation
When a post receives this reaction, the Modular team will review it to determine whether it should be removed. We’ll also take a look at the account behind it to make sure it belongs to a real, legitimate community member.
We’ll keep an eye on how the reaction gets used over the next few weeks and share back what we learn. If it’s working well, we’ll make it an official part of our community guidelines.
